I was skeptical of replacing my roof with MZ Roofing because they are small business that is growing, and so have not built a strong reputation for themselves yet. 

I did my research and got quotes from different companies. I decided to choose MZ Roofing, and I got these advantages:

Firstly, the price was very good. Secondly, Manzi and Mika are very nice and they are excellent listeners - they patiently considered my needs and expertly explained all details. Thirdly, they were very punctual. They came at exactly the time they were supposed to and finished on time, without bothering residents and neighbours. Fourthly, they cleaned properly. Fifthly, they answered all communications promptly.

Very pleased with our new roof from MZ Roofing. Manzi (the owner) gave us a very reasonable quote

that included a full breakdown of the price for the materials and for the labour. Once we decided on the

colour of the shingles, he (and his crew of 3 roofers) arrived at 8:00 am on the scheduled date and were

gone by 5:00 pm on the same day. They put ground tarps all around the house and left the site as clean

as a whistle when they were finished. This is the 3 rd new roof we have had installed during the past 50

years that we have lived here. WITHOUT QUESTION… this is the best job by far.
